Pangasius Fish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus)

The best premium manufactured quality Frozen Pangasius freshly farmed, processed in The Mekong River Delta, Vietnam. 

-Alive fish material must be ensured to be fed in NAFIQAD approved farm in An Giang, Dong Thap, Tien Giang, Vinh Long, Ben Tre, Can Tho,…and is controlled by nafi for chemical residues, banned antibiotics, limited antibiotics) and presence parasites. Alive fish is transported to factory by specialized boat, not exceeding 16 hours of transport time.

– Before transported to the factory, the batch of raw fish must be sampled at farm to do test for prohibited chemicals and antibiotics and the test result must be satisfied. In factory, only receive alive fish, no defect, no jaundice disease, no viscosity loss, no sign of infections (dropsy, hemorrhage, …), no parasite infection (red spot disease, …). Fish weight must be from 350 gram/fish up more.  At the same time, there must be a declaration of origin with the farmer’s commitment not to use prohibited chemicals and antibiotics. And have to stop using antibiotic before at least 4 weeks of harvesting.

– Block product: 4kg or 5kg/block, 1 block or 2 blocks/carton, 4 hem bands with 2 across and 2 along (or depending on client’s request).

IQF product: 1kg or 10kg/PE, 10PE or 1PE/carton , 4 hem bands with 2 across and 2 along (or depending on client’s request)

– Preserve in coldstore in temperature t⁰ £ –18⁰C
