Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are handcrafted and made specifically upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below within 3 days of delivery:
- Email us at support@made-in-pak.com with your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Include a brief description of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, based on your preference and item availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item not in its original condition.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us.
Cancellations
As all items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
