Vendor Terms, Rules & Product Submission Guide
This page explains who can sell on Made in Pak, what products we accept, how product submission works, and the rules you must follow.
Read this carefully. If you don’t agree with these terms, do not submit your products.
About Made in Pak
Made in Pak is a curated online store that promotes authentic, high‑quality products made in Pakistan, preferably handmade or artisan‑crafted.
We are not a marketplace where anyone can list anything. We carefully select vendors and products. Quality, authenticity, and reliability matter more than quantity.
Who Can Apply as a Vendor
You can apply only if all of the following are true:
- You are the manufacturer, maker, or artisan of the product
- The product is made in Pakistan (preferably handmade)
- You can consistently fulfil orders
- You are willing to sell under the Made in Pak brand name
❌ Traders, resellers, dropshippers, or middlemen are not allowed.
Product Eligibility Rules
To be accepted, your products must meet all the conditions below:
Origin
- Products must be manufactured in Pakistan
- Handmade, artisan, or craft‑based products are preferred
Quality
- Products must be high quality, durable, and properly finished
- Poor craftsmanship, low‑grade materials, or inconsistent quality will be rejected
Branding
- Products will be sold only under the Made in Pak brand
- You must not include your shop name, personal name, phone number, social media, website, or business card anywhere (product, packaging, or delivery)
Violation = immediate suspension.
Product Submission – Required Details
For each product, you must submit the following information:
Product Information
- Product name
- Short description (what it is, how it’s used)
- Material used
- Handmade or machine‑made (clearly mention)
Photos
- Minimum 4–5 high‑quality photos per product
- Different angles (front, back, side, close‑up)
- Clear lighting, plain background
- No watermarks, logos, or text on images
Low‑quality images = rejection.
Dimensions & Variations
- Exact dimensions (length, width, height, weight)
- Available colours
- Available sizes (if applicable)
Inventory & Fulfilment
- Available stock quantity
- How quickly you can fulfil an order after confirmation (e.g. 2 days, 5 days)
- Maximum quantity you can produce per week/month
Be realistic. Over‑promising and under‑delivering will get you removed.
Pricing
You must provide:
- Your vendor price (wholesale or competitive)
- Expected delivery charges for that product
Your price must leave room for Made in Pak’s margin and still remain sellable.
Pricing & Commission Model (Important)
- You submit your price (example: Rs. 1,000)
- Made in Pak adds its margin and lists the product (example: Rs. 1,500)
After a successful order:
- You fulfil the order
- You deposit Made in Pak’s margin (Rs. 500) to the provided account
No margin payment = suspension.
Order Process – How It Works
Delivery, Returns & Damage
Delivery is your responsibility. You choose the courier.
You handle:
- Delivery delays
- Damaged items
- Returns (if applicable)
Made in Pak is not responsible for courier issues
We strongly recommend: –
- Proper packaging
- Tracking numbers
- Reliable courier services
Verification & Compliance
Every order goes through a verification process.
If we find that you:
- Added personal contact details
- Added social media links
- Tried to bypass Made in Pak
- Delivered poor-quality or incorrect products
Your products will be immediately suspended or permanently removed. No arguments. No second chances for serious violations.
Product Review & Approval Rights
Submission does not guarantee listing
We may:
- Reject a product
- Request changes
- Ask for better photos
- Limit quantities
Final approval is 100% at Made in Pak’s discretion.
Communication & Professional Conduct
- All communication must be clear, honest, and professional
- Delays, stock issues, or problems must be reported immediately
- Repeated unresponsiveness = removal from platform
Suspension & Termination
Made in Pak reserves the right to:
- Suspend products
- Suspend vendors
- Permanently remove vendors
Without prior notice if terms are violated.
Suggestions (Strongly Recommended)
To increase approval chances:
- Focus on one or two strong products, not many weak ones
- Invest in good photography
- Keep pricing realistic
- Be honest about capacity
- Treat this like a long‑term partnership, not a quick sale
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your product details, you confirm that:
- You have read this page fully
- You agree to all terms and rules
- You understand that violations may lead to suspension or removal
